Whole Process Quality Control From Production to Final Delivery
Quality determines if the business can survive and succeed. As a result, we attach great importance to product quality and do everything we can to ensure all products we supply are qualified and exceed customers' expectations. To stay afloat, we take the following quality control measures to ensure smooth production and stable product quality.
Production Process
We have introduced fully automatic production lines to monitor and control our production process and improve our production efficiency. All production will start with sample. When the sample is tested to be qualified, normal production can start. The whole production process is as shown below.
Production Inspection
During the production, we take several samples from each batch of products and carry out random testing. Typically, our carry out the following inspections and tests to ensure that every batch of products are qualified and in compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
